Assistance in Participation in International Conferences
During last 10 years the Nuclear Physics Department of
the Russian Academy of Sciences has been making efforts to solve financial
problems related with attendance of Russian scientists at significant scientific
events using external sourses as well as Russian rather poor, for the time
being, funds.
We greatly appreciate the help of Organizing Committies of numerous Conferences
for their efforts in finding not nonsignificant funds for the Russian scientists'
attendance at these Conferences.
The Russian Government itself during last years was making possible the
covering of the international airfare to Conferences. This support has
been realised within framework of the State Research and Technology Program
"High Energy Physics" (Head - A.N.Skrinsky)
and "Fundamental Nuclear Physics" (Head - M.V.Danilov
), which are under auspice of the Russian Federation State Committee
of Science and Technologies.
