Exerptions from MUCATEX Charter

• Research Coordinative Center on the Problem of Muon Catalyzed Fusion and Exotic Quantum Systems (MUCATEX) is a legal body in the Russian legislation, acts as an independent organization in accordance with its own charter and balance.
• MUCATEX works in a close contact with the Russian Research Center "Kurchatov Institute".
• When MUCATEX works on international projects and programs or carries out other international activities, it works in accordance with the rules and regulations which are effective for these activities.
• MUCATEX is liable for the damage to other organizations, people, or the state with all its property.
• MUCATEX does not aim at getting profit as the main object of its activity: possible profit or its other means are used to support the activity defined by the Charter and scope of activity.
• MUCATEX budjet is formed from financing direct agreements with Russian and foreign institutions, research grants and projects, from other sources, including private funds.
